Welcome & Transparency
At Tides of Spirit, I value the trust you place in me during our session. This document outlines how I handle your data and the terms under which I provide my services. If you have any questions, please contact me at christina@tidesofspirit.ie
Tides of Spirit provides remote energy healing including Rahanni Celestial Healing and Seichim Reiki. It also provides remote channeling readings. The detailed notes which are comprised from the energy healing sessions and are generated by the practitioner Christina Sayers are only shared directly and exclusively with the client. Channeled messages are delivered via WhatsApp audio recordings and are sent to the client during the session. It is at the discretion of the client to keep or delete these files after. These files will not be stored after the sesssion by the practitioner.
Privacy Policy (How I handle your data)
What I collect- I only collect the information necessary to provide my services. This includes your name, phone number, email address, address, payment details which are processed securely via Stripe/Paypal, job title, date of birth, emergency contact details, digital signatures and sensitive personal data ( health information) and the intentions you share before or during our session.
In order to provide safe & effective energy healing and channeling sessions, I will ask for information regarding your current physical or mental health, including any medical history that is relevant to your session booked. This will include whether you are currently under the care of a medical or mental health professional.
This is classified as ‘Special Category Data’ under GDPR. I only collect this information with your explicit, informed consent and it is used solely to ensure the safety and suitability of the services I provide. I do not share this information with any third parties. You have the right to withdraw your consent for me to hold this information at any time, which may result in my inability to continue providing specific services.
How I use it- to manage bookings, provide the requested energy healing or channeling session and communicate with you regarding your appointment.
Data Protection- I am committed to the security of your data.
Storage- I store client notes which arise from the energy healing sessions and are emailed to each client within 24hrs after their session. These notes are stored securely in an encrypted digital format. In accordance with professional best practice I retain these records for a period of seven years. After this period your records are permanently and securely deleted.
Your Rights- under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify or request the deletion of your personal data at any time. To make a request, please email me.
Third Parties- I do not sell or share your data with third parties. I only use Acuity Scheduling as a booking system, which is configured to respect your privacy.
Terms & Conditions (Our Agreement)
Nature of Service- The services offered by Tides of Spirit which include Rahanni Celestial Healing, Seichim Reiki and Channeling, are for spiritual. educational and personal growth purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal or psychological advice or treatment.
Time Zone Disclaimer- all sessions are based on Irish Standard Time. It is the client’s responsibility to account for any time zone differences.
Client Environment & Safety- all sessions are conducted remotely. They are conducted at a time the client has agreed that they are at home or in a preferred relaxing environment where they will not be disturbed. For your well-being, sessions cannot be conducted while you are driving, operating machinery or working. This is to ensure the safety and efficacy of the energy healing session. If you are not in a safe environment at the start of our session, I reserve the right to pause or terminate the appointment immediately. In such instances the session will be treated as a ‘no-show’ and will be non-refundable. Please take your own responsibility when booking an energy healing session and inform me before a session if an unexpected event has occured. We want to offer understanding but also respect other client bookings.
Right to Decline Service- I work from a place of integrity and spiritual alignment. Prior to the session, I perform an intuitive check-in to determine if the requested service is for the highest good of both the client and myself. If, during this process I determine that the session is not in alignment or if I believe the client would be better served by a different modality or support system, I reserve the right to decline the service. In such instances, the client will be notified promptly, and a full refund of the session fee will be issued. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this process.
Commitment- by booking a session, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and that you are enagaging in these services of your own free will.
Services for Minors- services provided by Tides of Spirit are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. If you are under the age of 18, you must have the explicit consent and authorization of a parent or legal guardian to book and participate in a session. By booking a session for a minor, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they have the authority to provide such consent, agrees to these Terms & Conditions on the minor’s behalf and acknowledges the Disclaimer and Waiver of Liability. Tides of Spirit reserves the right to request proof of parental consent or guardianship prior to the commencement of any session for a minor.
Services for Animals- by booking a session for an animal, you represent and warrant that you are the legal owner of the animal and have full authority to consent to the session.
Non-Veterinary Disclaimer- Tides of Spirit provides complementary energy healing services. These services are not a substitute for veterinary care, diagnosis or treatment. We do not diagnose, treat or prescribe. You are responsible for consulting a licensed veterinarian for any medical concerns regarding your animal.
Cancellation/Rescheduling- your time and my time are equally valuable. As all sessions are prepared for and delivered remotely, I operate a non- refundable booking policy. If you need to change your appointment time, you may do so by providing at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will automatically be treated as a ‘no-show’ and will be non-refundable.
Transferability- if you are unable to attend, you are welcome to gift your session to a family member or friend. Please notify me of the name of the new attendee at least 24 hours before the session and a contact phone number or email address so I can send a new booking form to fill in.
Pay it Forward- for any cancellations or ‘no-shows’ in the sense of a no reply made to me before an energy healing session, with less than 24 hours notice the session fee will be retained and the session will be automatically entered into the Tides of Spirit ‘Pay it Forward’ program. In this case, I will make the session time available to someone in need on my waiting list ensuring the booking continues to serve a purpose and help somebody else.
Payment- all sessions with Tides of Spirit must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Payments are processed securely via Stripe & Paypal. By booking a session you agree to the terms of service of the chosen payment provider. All fees are listed and charged in Euro. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility. Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been sucessfully received. If a payment is declined or fails, the appointment slot will be released for other clients. By completing your payment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and the Tides of Spirit Disclaimer and Waiver of Liability.
Jurisdiction- these terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

All content provided by Tides of Spirit including but not limited to, session notes, written summaries, voice recordings, website content, logos, graphics and any unique healing or channeling processes I have developed is the exclusive intellectual property of Tides of Spirit. All these materials are protected by copyright. You are granted a personal, non- transferable license to use the information I provide for your own private use and spiritual development only. You may not reproduce, share or sell any of these materials or upload to social media without my express written permission.
