I grew up next to the sea.
The water never leaves.
It remembers.
‘Taking a step down shows a lack of ego and recognition of the learning curve’.
-Carol Anne Stacey
I graduated with a Social Care degree in 2014. I completed a three and a half year diploma in Nutritional Therapy in 2020. While working full time in the disability sector and studying part time, I also cared for my partner’s brother at home.
My mother used to say, “You’re trying to put your arms around the world and you can’t, but you’re still trying to figure out a way”. I tried to do it all, and thought I could keep going by minding everyone else around me.
I worked for a disability organization for seven years and I had the privilege to care for the most beautiful souls of this earth. My wheels were spinning though, and I didn’t even realize it. A close friend used to say, “But Christina, you do know you’re burnt out”. That never registered with me. I just kept on going and I tried so hard to keep on going.
In 2022 I took some months off work to figure out my life and my next steps. This led me back to the same job, where I stayed for another number of months. In July 2023, the day came when I said, ‘That’s it, I am out’. This is when my real journey began-waking up to who I was, what I wanted to do with my life and what I am truly here to do.
During my time away from work, I kept being pulled towards various healing practices. I was becoming aware of the signs that were being presented to me. I had no clue what was happening or what I was doing with my life, but I started noticing and following the breadcrumbs.
After officially stepping away from my career in 2023, I found myself in a state of surrender as uncomfortable as it was at the time. I began following the subtle synchronicities appearing in my life- learning from spiritual teachers and exploring new ways to understand what lies beyond the physical body. I was soaking up all this new information.
What began as a personal quest to come back to myself evolved into a soul-led commitment to helping others in the form of energy work and channeling. I learned that we each arrive on Earth with gifts to use and it’s really important that we use these gifts. As I woke up to my own abilities, I started to quickly realise that these gifts were not meant to be kept for myself alone.
Today, I integrate these practices with my background in social care and nutritional therapy to support clients worldwide. I act as a bridge between your current reality and the potential that lies ahead- helping you rediscover your own inner strength and remind you of your own potential, igniting new possibilities within your life.
I was realizing that a person can have the most beautiful test results and the best supplements in hand but if there is unresolved trauma in the body or wounds too hard to look at, the body cannot heal as optimally as one may think.
What is missing is the healing of the energetic body.
It is very true what other practitioners say about waking up to your gifts: you are given exactly what you need to stay motivated and continue on your path. I have been guided since the day I left my social care job.
The changes didn’t happen all at once, and I learned that the universe will test your strength and willingness to awaken to a new reality. I got to a stage where I was fully listening and aware, finally following a path even though I didn’t yet know where it was leading me.
During a bio-energy session I heard
“go where there is no path & carve out your own”.
I kneel at the Altar of myself, with my hands on my heart, trellises of flowers falling out and down around me.
I was attuned to the beautiful energy of Rahanni on 24/02/24 by Lisamarie Duffy. I received the powerful lightcodes of Seichim Reiki level one on 27/03/24 & level two on 12/04/26 by Poppy Ridley. I completed my wonderful channeling course in February 2025 with Michael Sheridan of the Aisling School.
My journey is only continuing from here.
