By booking a session or participating in any services involving Rahanni Celestial Healing, Seichim Reiki, or Channeling (collectively, "the Services") provided by Tides of Spirit, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that these Services are holistic, spiritual, and complementary in nature. They are designed to facilitate deep relaxation, stress reduction, and spiritual alignment.
2. No Medical or Professional Advice
The Services, intuitive insights, and channeled messages provided do not constitute medical, psychiatric, or psychological diagnosis, treatment, or prescription. The practitioner at Tides of Spirit is a spiritual practitioner and facilitator, not a licensed medical doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist, or healthcare professional.
Nothing said, channeled, or typed during or after a session should be construed as medical or psychological advice.
You should never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information or energetic experiences received during a session.

You maintain full personal responsibility and autonomy for your own physical health, mental health, and life choices. Session summaries and channeled readings are delivered via emailed notes and secure WhatsApp voice recordings for your private, personal review.

By booking a session, ticking the consent box on the intake form, or participating in the Services, you knowingly, voluntarily, and intelligently waive, release, and hold harmless Tides of Spirit and its practitioner Christina Sayers from any and all liability, claims, or demands for personal injury, emotional distress, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your participation in the remote sessions.
